Concerns all co-operating factories and aims to provide the appropriate working conditions. Main rules: - no forced labour, - no children employment, - freedom of association and worker representation, - equal treatment, - safe and hygienic work environment.
We commission our production to factories covered by programme that aims to achieve agreement on fire and building safety. The factories undergo audits inspecting fire safety, electrical installation safety, and building construction safety. Next, improvements are implemented under the supervision of this organisation until the highest safety standards are achieved.
Both institutions are independent organisations that set the standards for inspection of working conditions in factories. Their standards are pursuant with our code of conduct. Among other things, the institutions check: fair pay, observance of working time, occupational health and safety, ban on employment of children, lack of discrimination and lack of forced labour.
Most of the factories have WRAP which is the most advanced factory certification Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production(WRAP). The largest independent facility certification program in the world mainly focused on the apparel, footwear, and sewn products sectors.

We co-operate with suppliers, who have the Organic Content Standard (OCS) or Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certificate. Organic cotton is the safest product for the health of both its users and people manufacturing it. The manufacturing process of organic cotton does not include chemical agents or GMOs and uses significantly less water. Simultaneously, the CO2 emission is reduced and no chemical substances leach into the soil. In 2020 we will significantly increase the share of organic cotton in our products.
